Here's how your first float might go.

Shower
Step into your monsoon shower in your private float room and use body wash. If you have product in your hair please wash also.
2.
chill the room
After your shower, dry the front of your body then dim the room lights and head over to start your float.
3.
step into bliss
Sit down into the float solution then lay back and experience every joint in your body releasing from gravity. When ready, turn off your light in the pod or pool. You can always leave your light on if you would like. Do you honey.
4.
The drift off
Music plays for the first 10 minutes to ease you in. The wellness audio eventually drifts away as you drift away into bliss.
5.
The ending
Music returns to bring you out of your relaxed state. Slowly make your way into your monsoon shower then onto the float lounge for herbal tea & spring water.

FAQ
I’m Pregnant can I still float?
Yes, in fact floating is a great way to alleviate back strain while you're pregnant. There is even a special position you can float in that relieves all of the weight of the baby off of the mother’s body.  If you have any concerns, please consult with your Doctor before coming in.
What if I’m Claustrophobic?
Our pods are very spacious and offer plenty of ceiling height. Remember you are in complete control of your float experience; you can open the lid or leave the pod light on during your float session.
How clean is the water?
Our float solution is exceptionally clean. It is completely filtered between each float session. With 500kg of Epsom salt, 99% of bacteria in the water is killed organically. Each night we add bromeine for complete sanitation + a minimum 12 hours of filtration over night, every night.
I have my period, can I float?
Yes you can.
Just follow the same sanitation protocols you would when visiting swimming pool with your period babe.
Can I drown? What if I fall asleep?
It is very common to fall asleep during a float. You will find it is near impossible to roll over once you are lying on your back. In the event you did roll over the salt contact with your eyes or mouth would wake even the sleepiest of giants. No one had ever died from Floatation.
Can I leave the lid open on a float pod?
Yes, many first time floaters prefer to leave the lid open for the first few minutes to help them orient to the tank. It is not recommended to leave the tank open for the entire session as the air temperature can change altering the overall experience.
The breakdown
Floating is a practice where you enter into a float pod which is filled with 1000lts of water (only 30cm deep) that has 400 kg of dissolved Epsom salts in it. You simply lay down in the water and float completely effortlessly. The water is heated to the same temperature as the surface of your skin (34.5 degrees) so that when you remain relaxed and still, you do not feel the water anymore... you feel nothingness, the perfect environment for complete mind and body relaxation. The pod is light-proof, sound-proof and has a neutral smell.
